The hotel's location is great for those visiting the holy city, just a short walk away from Masjid Alharam and you can hear the prayers clearly from your room. The staff is polite and accommodating even upgrading guests' rooms for free. They provide bottled water for each person and the rooms have additional beds, reducing empty space.
Room cleanliness could be improved.
